Your opening date is fixed. So is ours.
Suites, ballrooms, lobbies and corridors — designed with your interior team, approved on a physical sample, made in one factory.
Three things we plan for from day one
Fire approval
US: SGS 16 CFR 1630 report and CRI Green Label Plus, ready to download.
Europe: we test your construction to EN 13501-1 and EN 14041 (CE) at an accredited European lab before production.
Gulf: tested to the standard your approving authority asks for.
Colour across rooms
Yarn for each colour is dyed for your project and checked against the approved strike-off, so suite 101 and suite 901 match.
Our dye house →Fit on site
Hand-tufted carpet can move 1–2% in size. For wall-to-wall areas we add margin and leave open edges so your installer trims to the wall — no carpet that arrives too small.
Sizes & tolerances →
From the lobby to the last corridor
- Lobbies & ballrooms — large inlaid designs, cut pile for a soft, rich surface
- Corridors — loop or cut-and-loop pile for heavy traffic, borders that turn corners
- Suites & guest rooms — area rugs in wool or wool-silk blends
- Staircases — runners shaped to straight and curved stairs
Batch three matches batch one
Renovating floor by floor, or hotel by hotel? Here is how we keep colour consistent across deliveries.
- One dye lot where possible. We dye yarn for the whole project at once, or reserve it, so later batches come from the same lot.
- A retained standard. Your signed strike-off and yarn samples stay on file; every batch is checked against them, not against the previous batch.
- Written tolerance. The colour tolerance for each batch is agreed in your contract before production starts.
- Packed by area. Each batch is labelled by floor, room type or area to match your installation plan.
